To guarantee absolute grid stability and prevent localized faults from causing wider system blackouts, both the input and output feeder circuits of our UPS Feeder Cabinets are standardly equipped with Schneider Electric NSX series Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs). These breakers are meticulously configured with Thermal-Magnetic Trip Units, engineering an optimized, highly synchronized protection coordination scheme that ensures total downstream-to-upstream Selectivity/Discrimination.

Premium Component Integration & Custom Breaker Configurations

• MCCBs (Above 63A): Standard Schneider Electric EZD series MCCBs. Upgraded options: Schneider CVS / NSX / NS, ABB, or Siemens.
• MCBs (63A and Below): Standard Schneider iC65 series MCBs. Premium alternatives: Schneider EA9 / iDPN, ABB, or Siemens.

Scalable Power Capacity: Total cabinet power capacity ranges from 20 kW to 400 kW, custom-tailored precisely to client computing densities and facility requirements.

Standard Infrastructure Monitoring: Pre-configured with Class B Surge Protective Devices (SPD) and high-precision Digital Display Multi-Function Meters for real-time power analytics and quality diagnostics.

Operational Safety & Enclosure Engineering

• Dual-Layer Safety Barriers: Engineered with an outer transparent tempered glass door coupled with an inner dead-front escutcheon panel for circuit breaker installation. This dual-gate architecture effectively isolates live busbars, guaranteeing maximum arc-flash and contact safety for field maintenance personnel.
• Ingress Protection: Standard IP30, with upgradeable options up to IP31 or IP54 depending on harsh data center site environments.
• Surface & Insulation: Enclosure surface treated with electrostatic-sprayed epoxy resin powder coating for superior anti-corrosion. All internal structural insulation materials feature exceptional high-temperature resistance and self-extinguishing, flame-retardant characteristics.
